Program Focusing On Instruction And Growing Pickleball In St Clairsville And Belmont County. Beginners Welcome. This program emphasizes recreational play. All level players mix together for first half of each session. Players with more advanced skills are expected to play to the level of their opponents. Toward the end of the session, one court is designated "no-mercy" for more advanced players only to play more competitive games.
