Harbor Topkey courts (beside library)

Courts maintained and nets provided by city of Ashtabula. Library has two sets of gear for loan but has no responsibility for the courts. There is no organized club but a friendly group are at the courts most mornings. Monday 6-9pm courts are reserved for a popular ladder competition. Stop by if you want to join in the following week (but empty spots are heavily contested).
