3 courts on a shared basketball court. Courts face East to West due to minimal space available for the traditional North to South alignment. First come, first serve means that the court is open to pickleball players if court is not being used for basketball. During first come, first serve times if basketball players show up, pickleball is limited to 90 minutes. Available to homeowners only.
