Pangborn Park

Hagerstown is my hometown, I no longer live there. I was visiting family when I discovered two outside courts overlayed on existing tennis courts, using the existing net. I am unaware of any program here, just the facility. My wife and I drilled on these courts. The park is very nice. I did not notice any restrooms.
