About the Event

My Coworker and I started a Facebook group strictly for Vancouver firefighters that play pickleball. There has been a ton of interest with many new players looking to get into the sport and not knowing exactly how to do it. The plan is to start with an overview on rules and basic gameplay and answer any questions people may have. I also will have an introduction to the Selkirk paddle itself, what makes it superior and why I choose to use it. We will have a quick demo game to allow people to get a feel for the sport. There will be 2 courts for basic rec play and 1 court for drills and instruction. I will of course have my Selkirk demo paddles for people to try and start the conversation. The weather is finally good here and we're excited to share our sport with many of our favorite people.
