About Me
Rob has been an instructor at Life Time since January 2023 and a sanctioned Tournament Director. Coach Rob continues to help players then develop their tactical strategies as well as physical conditioning. Unlike many instructors, Rob will incorporate learning aids such as exercise bands, medicine balls, and unique techniques that help retrain the brain to deliver proper muscle memory. Rob coaches players at all levels from beginner to advanced players attempting to break beyond the 4.5 level.
